Translating raw Smart Stick telemetry (vitals, activity, battery, GPS) into a caregiver-facing web interface under three simultaneous constraints: unreliable mobile networks, low-end Android devices common among caregivers, and emergency-grade latency for alert dispatch.

Progressive web app with WebSocket streaming plus offline queue and auto-reconnect. Feature surface: status dashboard, patient profile, vitals and activity history, live map with safety zones, emergency dispatch workflow, device health, and Care Circle with role-based visibility (primary caregiver, family, read-only). TLS end-to-end, scoped data queries, session auth.
