Per-machine telemetry (water pressure, fluid levels, system health, connectivity) was siloed, and cross-branch revenue, transaction, and promotion analytics were absent. Proactive maintenance and franchise-level decisions ran on intuition.

Per-machine gauge widgets (water pressure, fluid levels, system health), branch-level and machine-level drill-down KPIs, transaction stream with payment-method and promotion attribution, and a template-driven promotion engine configurable without code. Component-based widget system accommodates future machine types.
