The Challenge
Franchise operators needed a centralized way to monitor dozens of coin-operated car wash machines across multiple branches in real time. Critical telemetry—water pressure, fluid levels, system health, and connectivity status—was siloed per machine with no unified view. Operators also lacked visibility into revenue trends, transaction breakdowns, and promotion performance across the franchise network, making data-driven decisions difficult.
The Solution
Designed and built a premium dark-mode IoT dashboard that aggregates real-time sensor data from all machines into a single, intuitive interface. The platform includes a summary dashboard with KPI cards and machine telemetry charts, a machine monitoring module with live gauges for consumables, pressure, and system health, branch-level revenue and performance analytics, transaction history with payment breakdowns, and a promotion management system. The architecture uses WebSocket-driven live updates with graceful fallbacks and a component-based widget system for extensibility.
